Alex Haynes

Alexander Haynes is a trendsetting media & technology leader who oversees leads our NYC firm with over 20 years of industry experience. Alex joined UMCO as an Executive-In-Residence and Managing Partner in 2018. Today, he oversees our unique Black Owned Business Practice, Unmuted Learning and the Media & News Divisions.

Alex Haynes is a dynamic technology and media leader who leads our firm with over 18 years of experience in both industries. Joining the firm as Managing Partner in 2018, Alex oversees multiple practices within our Professional and Media Services verticals.

From Atlanta, Georgia, Alex has been within the Unmutedco family for over a decade. He is a certified Microsoft Architect and award-winning journalist. He's led the NYC firm since 2018.

Tiffanie Mackey

ATLANTA

Tiffanie Mackey is a transformational and change management leader with over 16 years of experience in telecommunications, media and religion. Her key competencies are in supporting and facilitating participatory processes, organizational learning, and strategic planning. Tiffanie is passionate about embracing dialogue, learning and co-creation processes in her work.

From Atlanta, Georgia, Tiffanie is a graduate of Spelman College and is currently pursuing her M. Div at Emory University. She has been within the Unmutedco family for over a decade. She's led the ATL firm since 2019.
